End of season with a win
Last game of the season was to be played against the University of Liverpool at Liverpool.
Having already win the league, UMBC was playing to improve its record and end the season with a win.
From the first minutes of the game it was clear that this wouldn't be easy as both teams had a very good shooting percentage and UMBC couldn't get a big lead. In both 2nd and 3rd quarter Manchester managed to make a 10-0 run but Liverpool came back in both occasions. In the final quarter Umbc secured the game by outscoring their opponents 20-4.
Andreas Vasilatos scored 24 points and Freddie Stephenson added a double double (11points, 10 rebounds).
